Cucamonga Tools Newest preparation tool is the "Diamond Dually". The "Diamond Dually" joint grinder prepares both sides of expansion joints at the same time. It is designed for joints that are from one quarter inch wide or greater and uses two opposing spring-loaded diamond wheels that are inserted into the expansion joint to a maximum depth of two and one half inches. The unit is driven with a 3 hp 3 phase Dayton Motor (electric) or a six and one half-hp Honda engine (gas) and both are equipped to be dustless when used with an outside vacuum system. It allows the operator to stand and walk while preparing both sides of an expansion joint, evenly, quickly, and free of dust.
